Pursuant t0 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 8(2), Article 12(2) of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” TAS Group informs about the data controller, processor, location, composition, and purpose of collecting personal data processed through the software of the website tasgroup.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the website), third parties to whom such personal data are transferred, and the rights of the data subject.
The data controller of the personal data processed through the website software (hereinafter referred to as the processed personal data) is the owner of this website – TAS Group.
The processor of the personal data processed is TAS Group.
The composition of the personal data processed includes information about:
name and surname;
email address;
phone number. Such information is transmitted to the data controller by the data subject (or their representative) by filling out the corresponding form on the website according to the defined purpose of processing (collecting) personal data. Processing of personal data includes any action or set of actions such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, alteration, updating, use, and dissemination (distribution, provision, transmission), anonymization, destruction of personal data.
The purpose of collecting processed personal data is to provide the data subject with feedback regarding the proposal submitted to TAS Group.
Personal data is not transferred to third parties. In case of such transfer, the data subject will be additionally notified beforehand.
TAS Group will store personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing personal data, unless otherwise provided by law.
In accordance with Article 8(2) of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” the data subject has the right to:
know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the data controller or processor of personal data, or to give the relevant authorization to receive this information to authorized persons, except as provided by law;
receive information about the conditions for accessing personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data are transferred;
access their personal data;
receive a response no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except as provided by law, about whether their personal data is processed, and also receive the content of such personal data;
submit a reasoned request to the data controller objecting to the processing of their personal data;
submit a reasoned request for the amendment or deletion of their personal data by any data controller and processor if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
protection of their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision, as well as protection from providing information that is inaccurate or discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of a natural person;
lodge complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
protection from automated decision-making that has legal consequences for them.
