Contact Center of IG "TAS" is now working on a platform CISCO UCCX

The advantage of the new platform is more flexible routing of incoming calls. The application also allows you to control working time operators and distribute calls according to their level of competence.
With the modernization of the service calls IG "TAS" has a new feature for customers who re-turned to the call center for 48 hours. The updated system will remember the language of communication, which is chosen by the customer, and automatically connect it with the same operator.
